Cooking lessons with touristy activities “on the side” (gastronomy, nature, culture, History)
A member of the Onsés family, Mara, Grand Diplôme del Cordon Bleu de París, teaches cooking lessons to small groups, with lodging in the villa.
Culinary activities to improve teamwork – “Cooking for Team Building”
Cutamilla is the perfect place to hone the teamwork skills. The quiet and beautiful – almost bucolic – surroundings, the meeting rooms, and the cooking lessons will help to improve the levels of cooperation, creativity, trust, and commitment. The different teams will work on the preparation of their menu, following the instructions of the Chef, while they sip wine and sample appetizers. Once the winning menu has been elected by the Chef, there will be plenty of surprises and a big seated meal.
Film making, commercials, photography catalogs
In October 2005, the Cortefiel Group used the villa and surroundings during four days to take the photographs that then were used to create their 2005 winter catalog. On the summer of 2006, El Corte Inglés developed in the estate their fall 2006 hunting catalog.
All road car testing, trials and presentations
The estate has a network of 18 km of private dirt roads, which gather the required characteristics to test all road 4×4 cars.
In this dirt road network there are plenty of natural obstacles, such as ponds and steep slopes. The beauty of the villa and main gardens will add category to any 4×4 presentation.
Own catering
Chef Mara Onsés, Grand Diplôme del Cordón Bleu de Paris, guarantees the most delicate gastronomic atention.

Activities in the Middle of Nature
In the estate there are natural open spaces that can be arranged for meetings, lunches, dinners or cooking lessons. In the right seasons, it is possible to pick berries, mushrooms, and wild rucola in the woods, watercress in the river, and vegetables in the orchard.
For the more sporty souls, it is possible to walk, run, trek, climb small mountains, bird watch, ride pure Arabian horses bred in the estate, and hunt selectively – mainly wild boars and roe deers –).
All these activities can be undertaken in addition to the business activities that take place in the estate.
Other ludic activities, such as paintball, rope courses, gymkana, scavenger hunt, archery, rock climbing, etc., can be provided upon advanced enough request.
