The main Villa
The main villa has three floors and a cellar in the basement.
In the ground floor, there is a porch, an entrance hall, a sitting room, a dining room, a meeting room, two toilets/washing rooms, a kitchen and a big patio with marble floors that can be covered. The patio has two additional toilets and a wood oven.
In the first floor, there are six 30 m2 bedrooms with en-suite full bathrooms.
In the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus a 60 m2 suite with two bathrooms.
All the furniture and décor belong to the style of the time when the villa was built: pine and juniper wood floors in most of the house, with the exception of the marble floors in the dining room, in two of the bedrooms, and in all the bathrooms and washrooms. Surrounding the house, there are some 500 m2 of lawn plus some additional 3.000 m2 of gardens and promenades. The parking space has capacity for approximately 100 cars.
Other than the main villa, there are in the estate other ancient constructions that were built in the different styles of the time. Among them, there are a XVI century hermitage and a XIX century chapel.
